LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Police are responding to a deadly crash involving a scooter and two children in northeast Las Vegas Thursday afternoon.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said they are responding to a deadly crash at Butternut and Charnut Lanes, near Lake Mead Boulevard and Pecos Road. It happened just after 2:30 p.m.
“One juvenile was pronounced deceased and another was transported to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries,” police said.
The driver remained on scene and police said impairment is not suspected.
