There seems to be no love lost between Buddy Hield and the Kings.

The Pacers guard, who joined the team in February after five and a half seasons with Sacramento, was caught on a hot mic badmouthing his former team on Wednesday.

The NSFW moment took place prior to the Pacers’ 117-112 win over the Celtics at TD Garden, when a reporter was recording an interview with Indiana forward Aaron Nesmith.

“Yo Sacramento, suck my d–k,” Hield can be heard saying in the background while shooting around.

Nesmith, meanwhile, didn’t appear to pay mind to Hield’s comment. He remained stoic afterward and kept eye contact with the reporter.

It’s unclear what led to Hield talking about the Kings while his team was preparing for a matchup with Boston. It’s possible the Oklahoma product felt some type of way about being shipped to Sacramento mid-way through his sixth season with the team.

Last month, Hield received a cold welcome from Kings fans in his return to Sacramento with the Pacers. The former first round pick was greeted with boos, which continued throughout the game whenever he touched the basketball.

Hield is acclimating to a Pacers team that is trying to stay afloat in the Eastern Conference. Indiana is sitting in the sixth spot in the East at .500 (16-16).

The 30-year-old is averaging 17.4 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists on 44.6 percent shooting so far this season for the Pacers.

As for the Kings? They’re on an upward trajectory under first-year head coach Mike Brown, who has helped transform their offense behind Domantas Sabonis and De’Aaron Fox.
