LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Amid rising costs of housing, food and utility bills, new million dollar funding will help those in Southern Nevada who need it.
United Way of Southern Nevada and Clark County Emergency Food and Shelter program announced more than $1,220,268 in federal funds through Phase 42 of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Emergency Food and Shelter Program.
This funding will provide critical support to Southern Nevada nonprofits working to assist individuals and families in need across the region.
A recorded webinar is available at uwsn.org and must be viewed no later than Friday, February 28, 2025 for nonprofits interested in applying.
Applicants must certify that they have viewed the webinar, which includes application instructions and an application code.
