LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – North Las Vegas police accuse two men for the shooting and killing a man back in October 2023.
Police said the deadly shooting happened on Saturday, Oct. 27 around 1:30 a.m. in the 4200 block of East Craig Road. When officers arrived, they found two men in their 20s suffering from gunshot wounds.
When medical arrived, they said one of the men died at the scene while the other was taken to UMC with injuries not life-threatening.
Police arrested 41-year-old Marcus Raynard Smith Jr. and Kalife Khayon Ayers, 37, as the suspects in this case. They were taken into custody in California and are now in the North Las Vegas Community Correctional Center facing charges of open murder and attempted murder.
