LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Clark County says the 215 beltway will undergo a 24-hour closure next weekend.
Starting 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, both directions of the 215 will close from Tropicana Avenue to Flamingo Road.
Officials say the closure is so crews can pour the concrete deck for the Peace Way bridge over the freeway.
Southbound land reductions could start as far north as Town Center Drive. Northbound reductions will start as far south as Sunset Road.
Clark County says motorists should seek other routes. The detour recommended to use Fort Apache Road to access the 215 at Flamingo Road for northbound travel. Southbound could be accessed on the 215 at Tropicana.
This is part of a $19.8 million project. More information could be found here.
