LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – $250K worth of values were lost in a west Las Vegas house fire Sunday morning.
Police said the fire started around 5:50 a.m.in the 10100 block of Splendor Ridge. This is near S. Hualapai and Sahara Avenue.
When the first crews arrived, firefighters saw smoke and flames coming from the garage extending into the living rom of a two-story home.
Crews started an offensive attack and made entry into the first and second floor of the structure. A search was completed. There was no one else inside.
A total of 33 personnel responded.
No injuries were reported for either civilians or firefighters. Three people were displaced.
The cause of the fire is undetermined, and the dollar loss is estimated at $250,000.
Southwest Gas, NV Energy, Las Vegas Fire and Rescue and the American Red Cross also responded.
