LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A 31-year-old man was killed in a crash on the I-215 eastbound airport connector Wednesday.
State troopers responded to the crash around 3:13 a.m. and located a blue 2012 Toyota Corolla that had crashed into a light pole.
An initial investigation revealed that the Toyota was traveling east on the 215 onto the northbound off-ramp when for unknown reasons, the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The Toyota began to rotate clockwise and travel southeast across all lanes, leaving the road and striking a light pole on its left side.
The driver, identified as 31-year-old Alexandro Guardado, died at the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
