LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Police are searching for four women who allegedly robbed a drugstore and pepper-sprayed employees while fleeing.

According to a release from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the robbery occurred just before 9 p.m. Oct. 2 at a drugstore near the 4900 block of Blue Diamond Road, near Decatur Boulevard.

Police said four suspects entered the store and stole items. One of the suspects pepper-sprayed employees while leaving the store, according to law enforcement officials.

Police provided the following descriptions of the suspects:

  • Female adult, medium to heavy build, braided hair with beads, black T-shirt, white shorts, armed with pepper spray
  • Female adult, thin build, braided hair, navy shirt, white purse
  • Female adult, thin build, wearing a brown and black shower cap, light blue shirt, red shorts
  • Female adult, wearing a dark blue Gap long-sleeve shirt, light-colored shorts, slides
