LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – RTC of Southern Nevada says they are not able to receive phone calls as of 5:41 p.m. Monday evening.
According to an X post, this is because of a phone outage.
For those who rely on RTC transit services, officials say use the rideRTC app or text your stop number to 41411 for bus arrival information for fixed routes.
For paratransit, officials say use the MyRTCPara app or web portal.
“We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience,” RTC says.
