According to the arrest report, the two kept arguing until their daughter called police.

When Osorio spoke with police, he confirmed he was the driver but did not see a person. The arrest report says he started breaking down and crying. He said he was “sorry” and the events were “unplanned.”

Osorio told police he drove because his wife was intoxicated. He said he didn’t call 911 because he was scared.

The arrest report notes that when the crash happened, the Jeep didn’t have it’s lights on.
