LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Clark County School District Police Department accuses a 63-year-old of abuse.
CCSDPD says Kenneth Greenburg was arrested Wednesday and booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges related to abuse of a vulnerable person.
Police said the arrest stems from an investigation at Dr. William H. Bailey Middle School on Sept. 20.
Police say Greenburg is a special education teacher. He has been employed by the district since Aug. 2016.
He has been placed on leave according to a negotiated agreement.
Because of a recent ruling, Las Vegas police are not able to provide booking photos.
