LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – other vehicle’s driver

On Oct. 20, just before 3 a.m. LVMPD officers responded to reports of a shooting at a convenience store located in the 3700 block of Paradise Road.

Homicide detectives investigation found the male and female were traveling east on Sands Avenue when they were hit by another car.

The pair then drove to a nearby convenience store and entered the business. Moments later, the driver of the other vehicle followed them inside and confronted them.

LVMPD says an argument began between the group. The suspect then shot the two multiple times and left the scene.

According to reports, officers found a male and female suffering from gunshot wounds inside the store.

The woman was taken to the hospital. Officials confirmed the male died on the scene.

The suspect was later identified as 20-year-old Eric Morales. Morales was booked into the Clark County Detention Center.

The Clark County Coronoer’s office is working to identify the victims.
