LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Nevada State Police are investigating a deadly crash on I-11 near Sunset Road Friday morning.
Troopers say a car and a motorcycle collided in the area around 3:53 a.m. The motorcyclist was confirmed dead at the scene.
Both east and westbound lanes on Sunset Road are closed at I-11. The sunset northbound ramp onto I-11 is also closed.
Additionally, eastbound traffic on Sunset Road is being diverted onto the I-11 southbound ramp.
The area will remain closed for several hours while an investigation is conducted.
The public is advised to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
