LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5)—Clark County posted to X to highlight the 44th anniversary of a deadly fire that ripped through the MGM Grand.
On Nov. 21, 1980, the fire killed 87 and injured 700 others.
Clark County says the tragedy led to an overhaul of fire codes for resorts around the valley.
