Sentencing delayed for ‘judge jumper’ who refused transport to court

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Deobra Redden refused transportation to court for his sentencing.

The 31-year-old was recorded jumping onto Judge Mary Kay Holthus. It was a video seen around the world.

September, Redden pleaded guilty to six of seven charges. Two other charges were dismissed.

He faces three gross misdemeanor charges and nine felony charges ranging from battery to attempted murder.

His sentencing has not been rescheduled.
