According to an arrest report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Snowden was asleep inside a vehicle. Video from Metro shows the car hanging from a ledge.
Police said Snowden would repeatedly wake up and then fall back to sleep before he opened up the door.
Video shows Snowden unsteady, and that he needed assistance to stay on his feet. When he was placed under arrest, he would rest his head on the front of a patrol car.
Officers would also ask him basic questions, such as his name, and what city he is currently in. At one time in the body-worn footage, Snowden thought he was in Florida.
Paramedics arrived and Snowden would continue to incorrectly answer what city he was in. Medical would take him to the hospital for further medical attention.
Throughout the video, officers commented on how drunk Snowden appeared to be. One officer noted the smell of alcohol coming from the Raider.
Snowden is expected to appear in Las Vegas Justice Court for arraignment April 15 at 8 a.m.
