LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – According to federal documents, Nevadans that were arrested in connection to the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot have been pardoned.

Nolan Freeman, Bradley Scott Nelson, and Christine Barrello were pardoned. This comes after President Donald Trump’s executive order Monday.

Freeman was arrested March 19 in Carson City. The FBI said Freeman’s cell phone was at the Capitol multiple times during the riot, according to a criminal complaint.

He is a known actor with appearances in NCIS (2019), The Rookie (2018) and Devil’s Night (2017).

Nelson is a North Las Vegas man. He was arrested last year on charges related to the riot and after he llegedly made threats directed at Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett and other public officials.

Barrello was arrested May 9.

According to investigators, she was seen on surveillance video entering the Capitol at 2:23 p.m. Jan. 6, 2021, via the second floor window.

Barrello was seen in several locations inside the Capitol, spending about 30 mins inside before exiting, investigators said.
