In May 2022, police say a shooting on the I-11 in Henderson was between the Hells Angels and a rival gang, the Vagos. Seven people were injured.

In December, the Nevada Supreme Court ruled that the motorcycle club is a “criminal gang” under state law.

Documents filed Wednesday adds a gang enhancement to an indictment. This means the suspects accused could receive additional sentencing if convicted.

The indictment lists the following suspects: Stephen Alo, Richard Devries, Russell Smith, Cameron Treich, Taylor Rodriguez, Aaron Chun and Rayann Mollasgo.
