LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – North Las Vegas police are searching for a man who’s been missing for nearly a week.
37-year-old Herman Clemons was last seen on Tuesday, Feb. 25 around noon near his home in the 1000 block of East Carey Avenue.
Clemons is a Black man described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and around 130 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
Clemons has also been diagnosed with Down Syndrome and Autism. Police say he has the mental acuity of a 2-year-old, making him unable to care for himself.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Clemons is asked to contact the North Las Vegas Police Department immediately at 702-633-9111.
