LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas Metro police are investigating a single vehicle crash that left one person with life-threatening injuries.

According to LVMPD on March 18 around 5:30 p.m. someone driving a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse was traveling east on Pebble Road when the collision occurred near Maryland Parkway.

The driver of the Mitsubishi lost control of the vehicle. The driver swerved out of the travel lane and hit a light pole. The car then spun around stopping on the center median in the roadway.

Police say the driver was ejected and the pole was knocked off its base.

Las Vegas Metro Police Department’s Collision unit are investigating the incident.
