PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Four men have been indicted for attacking former Coyotes player Paul Bissonnette at a Scottsdale restaurant last November.

According to Maricopa County Superior Court paperwork, Sean Daley, Danny Bradley, John Carroll and Henry Mesker were indicted for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.

Two other suspects were arrested and identified by police a few days after the attack, but they were not included in the indictment.

The attack happened Nov. 24, 2024, around 7:15 p.m. at Houston’s restaurant, near McDonald Drive and Scottsdale Road. In December, Scottsdale Police released surveillance videos showing the moment Bissonnette approached a group of men who were apparently harassing staff, when the brawl broke out.

Bissonnette told police he saw several men who were angry that staff wouldn’t serve them drinks, and verbal fights were turning physical, so he stepped in.

The surveillance video shows Bissonnette walking up to the group and saying something to them. There is no audio in the video. Bissonnette previously said he grabbed a man’s arm and told the group that there would be problems if they kept harassing the employees.

Scottsdale police also released the 911 calls concerning the fight, including one from Paul Bissonnette insisting he was trying to keep the peace.

Bissonnette played for the Coyotes franchise from 2009 to 2014.
