LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A driver who crashed into the side of a Henderson Chick-fil-A will not be facing charges, police say.
Around 2 p.m. on Monday, a truck rammed into the drive-thru area of the restaurant on Eastern Avenue. Henderson Police say 5 people were injured and transported to a nearby hospital for minor injuries.
On Tuesday, HPD confirmed that those injured in the crash were all employees.
Police also say the 79-year-old driver experienced a medical episode before the crash and was not cited as a result.
The Chick-fil-A remains open for business.
