LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The man who was caught on camera attacking a woman during a road rage incident has pleaded guilty.
FOX5 confirmed Jose Antonio Soriano pleaded guilty with district court. His sentencing is scheduled for May 14.
He previously faced a total of three charges including robbery, malicious destruction of property and attempted battery with substantial bodily harm.
His robbery and destruction charges were dropped Monday. He only pleaded guilty to attempted battery.
Soriano was arrested twice in Virginia. He was extradited to Las Vegas in January.
The road rage incident went viral June 2024. The victim, Sarah Goolsby, previously spoke to FOX5. It happened on Rainbow heading southbound toward Spring Mountain.
