LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – TikTok star Khaby Lame was detained by ICE agents last week for overstaying his visa.
Lame has more than 200 million followers across multiple social media platforms.
An ICE spokesperson tells FOX5 that he was detained at Harry Reid International Airport for immigration violations.
The 25-year-old is from Senegal but obtained Italian citizenship back in 2022.
An ICE spokesperson says lame entered the U.S. on April 30th and stayed past what his visa allowed.
He left the country on Saturday. TMZ reports he self-deported back to Italy.
