LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Police are investigating after a person was found dead on the side of the road Thursday morning in Las Vegas.
Nevada Highway Patrol received the report early Thursday, just before 3 a.m. The person was found lying down near a motorcycle next to the roadway near the I-11 underpass at Rainbow Boulevard in west Las Vegas.
Law enforcement officials said the person was found to be dead at the scene, adding that the unidentified individual “appeared to be homeless” and was not involved in a crash.
