LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Nevada State Police are looking for the person responsible for knocking out power at a Las Vegas intersection.
Law enforcement officials said a car crashed into a guardrail around 3 a.m. near the 215 Beltway and North Decatur Boulevard, striking an electrical box.
Police said the driver fled the scene on foot before officers arrived.
Officials with the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada said the westbound lanes of northern 215 were closed Wednesday morning and were not expected to reopen until about 9:30 a.m.
