LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of a DUI crash that killed an Arbor View High School senior pleaded guilty and will avoid a jury trial, according to court officials.

Keenan Jackson, 37, will be sentenced on a DUI charge, which resulted in the death of 18-year-old McKenzie Scott on May 2.

According to a Clark County grand jury, Jackson had a .08 blood alcohol concentration at the time of the crash, which was reportedly three times the legal limit.

Jackson initially pleaded not guilty on June 9, but has since altered his plea.

Jackson will be sentenced on Nov. 10.
