LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — FOX5 KVVU, in collaboration with its Take 5 to Care partners and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, is proud to present the Take 5 to Care: Pill Take Back initiative.
Join us on Friday, February 27th, at the LVMPD Bolden Area Command, where FOX5 KVVU will be on-site to encourage the community to safely dispose of expired or unused prescription medications. While this event highlights a specific date, remember that you can dispose of pills anonymously year-round at any area command pill deposit box. Please note that only pills are accepted—no needles or liquids. For more information and to locate a disposal box near you, visit the LVMPD website.
