LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Las Vegas Raiders have identified Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak as their target to become the 27th head coach in franchise history, according to national NFL insiders.
Raiders brass flew to Seattle on Saturday and met with Kubiak for their second official interview. The belief is things went well during the meeting.
Nothing has been announced because the Seahawks are playing in the Super Bowl. Kubiak cannot sign anything until after the Big Game on Sunday.
Kubiak joined the Seahawks as offensive coordinator in January 2025 and led an offense that finished third in league scoring while helping Seattle achieve a 14-3 record and the NFC’s top playoff seed. He previously served as offensive coordinator with New Orleans in 2024 and has held various passing game and quarterback coaching roles with San Francisco, Denver, and Minnesota.
The Raiders and the NFL have yet to confirm or comment on Kubiak’s future.
