LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas police are investigating a homicide near Desert Inn and Paradise roads Friday night.
Officials with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said officers responded to the area of Paradise Road and Edison Circle. When police arrived, officers found a man on the ground with blood. He died at the scene.
Police say there is no suspect in custody. Homicide detectives are responding.
Police say traffic along Paradise Road will be limited for several hours and the public should avoid the area.
Police say this incident is not connected to an earlier shooting in the 900 block of Sierra Vista Drive, near University Center Drive and East Desert Inn Road.
