LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Governor Joe Lombardo will host a ceremonial bill signing Friday for Assembly Bill 4, a crime bill signed into law during the most recent special legislative session.

State and local law enforcement officials will join Lombardo for the 10:30 a.m. ceremony and deliver remarks about the importance of the legislation for public safety across the state.

Officials scheduled to attend include Nevada Department of Public Safety Director George Togliatti, Adam Hyde representing the Nevada Sheriffs’ and Chiefs’ Association, Washoe County District Attorney Chris Hicks and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Sheriff Kevin McMahill.

The ceremony is scheduled to run from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
