LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — St. Paddy’s Day is coming to downtown Las Vegas.
Fremont Street Experience will host its annual St. Paddy’s Day Bash starting on Sunday, March 15. The three-day celebration will feature performances by Irish and Celtic bands, including Arcana Kings and Swainn, alongside popular acts Alter Ego and Zowie Bowie across three stages spanning five blocks.
On St. Patrick’s Day, Tuesday, March 17, the Professional Firefighters of Southern Nevada will lead their annual Firefighter Parade beginning at 3rd Street and Fremont Street at 3 p.m.
The event will also welcome its newest addition, a Jig and Costume Contest, on St. Patrick’s Day at 8 p.m. on the 3rd Street Stage. Contestants 21 and older must register between 6-7:30 p.m. behind the stage to compete in the three-round showcase.
Winners will be selected based on originality, performance, stage presence and crowd response, with cash prizes totaling $6,170:
- 1st Prize: $3,170
- 2nd Place: $1,500
- 3rd Place: $1,500

The free block party will feature festive drinks at multiple outdoor bars, themed photo opportunities on The Canopy, and photobooth prints throughout the venue.
