LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a collision involving a vehicle and a school bus near Whispering Sands Drive and Tenaya Way, police said.
Police said three students were on the bus, and one juvenile suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene. No other injuries were immediately reported.
All vehicles involved remained at the scene as investigators worked to determine what led up to the crash. Police confirm that impairment is not suspected.
The investigation is ongoing.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
