LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — State prosecutors will no longer be pursuing charges against the man who pleaded guilty to attacking a Tesla service center in Las Vegas last year.
Paul Hyon Kim is facing multiple charges of arson, possession of an explosive/fire device, and firing a gun at a car or building related to the incident.
According to an arrest report, Kim shot at cars parked outside the center and used Molotov cocktails to set them on fire. He also spray-painted the word “RESIST” on the entrance.
