LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The city of Las Vegas has announced its 2026 summer season pool schedules and events.

Registration is now open for swim lessons and aquatic teams.

The city of Las Vegas will open the Carlos L. Martinez & Darrio J. Hall Family Pool at Gary Reese Freedom Park for the summer season, Memorial Day weekend from noon to 6 p.m. each day.

Pavilion Center Pool will be closed beginning at 2 p.m. Friday through all day Monday, May 25. Municipal Pool will be open from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and closed May 24-25.

All city pools will be closed on May 30 for summer staff training. The remaining city of Las Vegas seasonal pools will open for the summer in June.

Pool passes and amenities

The public is invited to enjoy swim lessons, competitive aquatics teams for youth, dive-in movies, fitness events and themed pool parties at selected pools. Free sunscreen is available from dispensers at city pools.

One-month and three-month pool passes are on sale now for city of Las Vegas pools. Three-month passes are $70 for ages 18-49 and $35 for ages 4-17 and 50 plus. One-month passes cost $30 for ages 18-49 and $15 for ages 4-17 and 50 plus.

Passes are valid at all six city of Las Vegas pools. Pool passes are for sale at Municipal Pool, Pavilion Center Pool and all city recreation centers, and will be sold at seasonal pools when they open.

Classes and special events have a separate fee.
