LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A crash has closed southbound I-15 near Mesquite Thursday morning.
According to Nevada State Police, the crash happened around 2:11 a.m. near mile marker 107. The crash involved two semi-trucks with trailors in tow. Police say one of the trucks crossed through the center median and crashed head-on into another truck.
One of the drivers was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
All southbound lanes are closed. Drivers can get turned around to go nortbound back into Mesquite at mile marker 112.

The road will remain closed for up to 5 to 6 hours. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes and avoid the area.
