LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – One person is dead and another was injured in a crash in the southeast Las Vegas Valley Saturday.
The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. near Pecos Road and Hacienda Avenue. According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, two people were ejected from two separate cars in the crash.
One person was pronounced dead on scene, according to LVMPD, and another was transported to the hospital.
Police said the intersection was shut down for investigation. Police said speed appears to be a factor in the crash.
