LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Clark County grand jury has indicted a Las Vegas man on 10 felony counts, including murder, robbery, and abuse of elderly and vulnerable persons, according to court documents.
Devion Dashawne Teague faces charges stemming from a series of incidents between April 30 and May 12.
The most serious charge alleges Teague fatally shot Hester Johnson, a person 60 years of age or older, on or about May 12. The indictment states the killing was willful, deliberate, and premeditated, and/or occurred during the commission or attempted commission of a robbery and/or abuse of an older or vulnerable person.

Teague also faces multiple counts of armed robbery and elder abuse connected to three separate victims.
On May 12, Teague is accused of robbing Johnson and a second victim, Iredell Washington — both 60 years of age or older — at gunpoint, taking items including a cell phone, satchel, purse, and/or keys.
On April 30, Teague is accused of robbing Tina Tuyet Tran, also 60 years of age or older, of a cell phone and/or necklace at gunpoint.

On May 1, Teague is accused of robbing a juvenile, identified in the indictment only as S.B., of a cell phone, backpack, laptop, and/or money at gunpoint. A separate count of child abuse, neglect, or endangerment — a Category B felony — stems from the same incident, with the indictment alleging Teague pointed a firearm at the minor during the robbery.
A conspiracy to commit robbery count, also tied to the May 1 incident, alleges Teague acted with an unknown co-conspirator.
Multiple Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers testified before the grand jury, along with victims Washington and Tran, according to the indictment’s witness list.
Teague is currently being held without bail at Clark County Detention Center and is due back in court for an arraignment on July 27.
