LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Neighbors in a North Las Vegas community are still shaken after surveillance and cellphone video showed a shirtless man carrying an AR-15, banging on a door, then firing multiple rounds—striking at least two homes, a truck, and also shooting at passing cars, according to witnesses.

Police said the suspect may have been impaired; he was arrested after briefly resisting, became unresponsive, and later died at UMC.
