LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Halloween Hotness will hold its 12th Annual Celebrity Cancer Charity Event on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, 3377 S. Las Vegas Blvd.

The event marks the first time in its 11-year history that Halloween Hotness has moved outside of Los Angeles. This year’s theme is “Halloween Hotness: Spirit on the Strip.”

About the event

Proceeds from the event will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and its mission to advance research and treatment for childhood cancers and other pediatric diseases. St. Jude was founded by Danny Thomas in 1962. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food.

The event features celebrity guests, horror fandom, costumes, and live entertainment. Past guests have included Ray Wise (Twin Peaks), David Dastmalchian (Late Night with the Devil), Costas Mandylor (Saw X), Doug Jones (The Shape of Water), Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator), Casper Van Dien (Starship Troopers), and Kristanna Loken (Terminator 3), among others.

Lifetime Achievement Award

Halloween Hotness presents Lifetime Achievement Awards honoring figures for their contributions to the entertainment industry. An iconic Las Vegas legend will be recognized at this year’s event; the recipient will be announced closer to the event date. Past recipients include Heather Langenkamp (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Bryan Fuller (Hannibal), David Lynch (Twin Peaks), and George Chakiris (West Side Story).
