LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — More witnesses are set to take the stand on Tuesday as the Tupac murder trial continues in Las Vegas.
On Monday, the jury heard from one witness, as well as recordings taken during the production of Death Row Chronicles. The witness originally took the stand on Friday and continued through the end of Monday.

9:17 a.m.
Jury returns and the state calls Malcolm Greenidge to the stand. Greenidge says he was part of a group called Outlaws, who released an album with Tupac Shakur. Prosecutors point out that he was court ordered to testify.
Says he came to Las Vegas for the Mike Tyson fight and rode in a Lexus with Tupac and his fiancé.
Says he did not actually go to the fight because he was waiting for Tupac to call but never got the call. Adds that he was in a car nearby when the shooting took place.
Says that when he was able to reach Tupac, he told him “get on the ground, they’re gonna shoot you.” When he turned around, he says a police officer had a shotgun to his face. Later gives a statement to police and says he could not see the faces in the Cadillac.
Greenidge is showed a photo of five men on a sidewalk following the shooting that was displayed earlier during Leonard Jefferson’s testimony. In the photo, he points out himself and another member of the Outlaws.
Greenidge later details what Tupac’s plans were following the release of his album, which included starting his label, he wanted to put the Outlaws album out and distributed by Death Row Records, and was in talks with Quincy Jones to “do some business.”

Cross examination begins.
9:40 a.m.
A juror asks a question:
Q: “Were shots ever fired from your crew toward the attackers?”
Greenidge: “Not that I’m no longer.”
After the question, Greenidge is dismissed from the stand.
9:42 a.m.
Jeffrey Scott, senior crime scene analyst for Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, takes the stand.
Says he responded to the September 2023 search warrant of Davis’ house in Henderson. Was the first and only one to arrive but was later relieved by another coworker.
A series of photos are displayed for Scott and notes it’s hard to tell which photos were taken by him.
A photo is displayed for the jury of a Dodge Challenger parked inside Davis’ residence. A photo is then shown inside where an envelope is seen. The documents inside are then displayed as well.
9:51 a.m.
Cross examination begins.
A photo is displayed. Scott says he doesn’t remember if he took the photo.
Says he covered the items and that was it.
A question is then asked by one of the jurors.
Q: “What piece of evidence were you expecting to find in a location that was different from 30 years ago? Why would you expect it to be intact 30 years later?”
Scott: “I’m not sure I fully understand the question. I wasn’t expecting to find anything. I was just there to respond and document and photograph what the detectives were interested in. And I don’t really understand the second part of the question.”
10 a.m.
Scott is then released and the next witness is called up.
Steavie Felabom, crime scene analyst. Says she relieved Scott at the September 2023 search warrant of Davis’ house. Several photos are displayed to Felabom, one of which shows several books including Compton Street Legend.
10:08 a.m.
Cross examination begins.
10:21 a.m.
Felabom is released and the next witness take the stand: Justine Gatus, homicide detective with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Says that some of the bins pictured were taken back to LVMPD and some items were impounded. The bins were then released back.
Gatus is shown a numbers of newspaper articles talking about the shooting that were recovered at Davis’ home. The state also displayed news paper clippings that mention Orlando Anders and Biggie Smalls.
