Police are reminding pedestrians to use marked crosswalks, press the button for warning lights, wear bright clothing after dark and make eye contact with drivers before stepping into the street.
Drivers are urged to slow down, watch intersections, never drive impaired and expect more kids walking after dark as Halloween and Nevada Day approach.
