LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Clark County Commissioners will weigh in next week on a possible new name for a drive at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in honor of the late Kyle Busch and his brother, Kurt.
A private L-shaped drive aisle that connects Las Vegas Boulevard North to Checkered Flag Lane has long been signed as “Eren Drive,” but county records show it was never officially named.

Under a new street name change request from Nevada Speedway, LLC, the portion of that drive running parallel to Las Vegas Boulevard would be formally named “Busch Brothers Drive.” That stretch connects Checkered Flag Lane to Rowdy Road.
The speedway says the new name would honor Kyle and Kurt Busch and the Busch family for their longstanding ties to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, NASCAR, and the Southern Nevada community.

County addressing staff says they have no objection and are recommending approval, as long as the speedway installs new street signs within 60 days if the change goes through.
