LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of a deadly June shooting inside a shopping center was extradited back to Las Vegas this weekend, according to court records.
David Vasquez, 19, is accused of entering a Five Below store near Rainbow and Lake Mead boulevards on June 17, and starting a fight with the victim before pulling out a firearm and fatally shooting them.

Vasquez is facing multiple felony charges, including open murder, discharging a gun inside a structure, and carrying a concealed weapon in relation to the shooting.
Court records show he was returned to Las Vegas custody on Saturday, Sept. 26.
He is due in court for his initial appearance on Monday, Sept. 28.
