LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A judge has sentenced a Las Vegas man to more than four years in federal prison for distributing meth.
According to a news release obtained by FOX5, a U.S. District Court judge sentenced Urkeno Walker to 54 months in prison and 3 years of supervised release.
“This sentence reflects our unwavering commitment to removing dangerous drug traffickers from our communities,” said First Assistant United States Attorney Sigal Chattah for the District of Nevada. “The distribution of methamphetamine ravages neighborhoods and destroys lives. By taking this individual off the streets for more than four years, we are sending a clear message that those who profit from fueling addiction in Nevada will be held fully accountable under federal law.”
