Lincoln County sites affected

In Lincoln County, restrictions are lifted at Beaver Dam, Cathedral Gorge, Echo Canyon, Elgin Schoolhouse, Kershaw Ryan and Spring Valley.

Officials urge continued caution

The state fire management officer said that even though restrictions are coming down, people still need to use fire carefully to avoid human-caused wildfires.

Parks and state lands can still limit campfires or other activities on high-risk days, including when there is a red flag warning.

Officials are urging people to check local rules and weather conditions before heading out. Current fire restrictions can be viewed anytime at nevadafireinfo.org.
