LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Athletic Club, the most exclusive premium hospitality space inside the A’s future Las Vegas ballpark, has sold out 17 months ahead of the ballpark’s scheduled 2028 opening, the team announced Monday.

The team said 76% of buyers are from Southern Nevada, with nearly 70% individuals rather than businesses — a sign the local fanbase is already taking shape.

“Three out of every four buyers are from Southern Nevada,” Athletics president Marc Badain said. “There’s real excitement in the community about what’s to come.”

Located behind home plate, the club will feature a private entrance, speakeasy-inspired design paying tribute to A’s history, and steakhouse-inspired dining. It was developed with hospitality leader Will Guidara and Aramark Sports + Entertainment.

With the Athletic Club sold out, the team said the Diamond Club is now its most exclusive available offering, with limited space remaining. Dugout Clubs and Legends Lounge seats are also on sale.

Prospective buyers can tour options at the A’s Experience Center at UnCommons or visit athletics.com/vegas.
