LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A U.S. district judge sentenced Las Vegas man Daniel Hennigh to 420 months in prison for child exploitation offenses and related charges.
Hennigh will also serve 35 years of supervised release for sexual exploitation of children, coercion and enticement, and possession of child sexual abuse material. The government had recommended the 420-month sentence, followed by a lifetime term of supervised release.

Court documents say that in April 2025, Hennigh used social media to communicate with another person about sexually abusing children and shared a video he made of a child in his care. He later pleaded guilty.
In addition to the sentence, Hennigh must register as a sex offender and keep that registration current.
“The FBI and our law enforcement partners will pursue anyone who preys on a child with unwavering determination. And when these offenders are convicted in federal court, they face consequences that include justice without the possibility of parole,” said Christopher S. Delzotto, special agent in charge of the FBI Las Vegas Field Office.
