LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Hope for Prisoners founder Jon Ponder has pleaded not guilty to over 25 charges related to assaults on female inmates.

A Clark County jury indicted Ponder at the end of September.

An arrest report says an investigation started in April after reports surfaced.

A judge lowered his bail to $400K, according to his defense attorney. The court previously issued a $1 million cash bail and ordered no contact with the victims and no weapons.
