LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office has located human remains believed to be those of a missing 19-year-old last seen in 2021.
On Wednesday, MCSO received reports that someone discovered human remains in a remote desert area near the Meadview Overlook around 9:43 a.m. Detectives arriving at the scene located the remains, and say they are believed to be the remains of Brandon William Parish, a 19-year-old from Meadview.
Parish was reported missing in 2021 by family members, who would later tell police that they hadn’t spoken to him since February 2021.
The Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy on the remains to confirm the identity of the deceased and determine a cause of death.
Detectives say there were no signs of foul play at the scene, though the investigation is ongoing.
